Warrant: Omaha Police Department | Detectives conducted a narcotics investigation, beginning in 2007, attempting to locate suspects who were distributing narcotics. Detectives had identified several suspects during the operation, including Coffey.
In November, 2008, while investigating Coffey, detectives witnessed Coffey sell crack-cocaine to another individual.

Warrant: Omaha Police Department | On Thursday, May 7, 2009 at 2:22 a.m., officers responded to a radio call to 10770 Fort Street, Kwik Shop, to investigate a robbery. The employee told officers that two black males entered the business. Suspect #1 was wearing a red hooded sweatshirt, black pants and a silver bandana. The suspect displayed a firearm and demanded money from the register.
Suspect #2 was wearing all black. At the same time that suspect #1 approached the employee at the counter, suspect #2 approached a customer, displayed a firearm and demanded money. After receipt of an undetermined amount of money, both suspects fled from the business eastbound, on foot.
The investigation has revealed that Minton wason of the two suspects in this robbery.

Warrant: Omaha Police Department | On Thursday, April 9, 2009 at 10:59 a.m. officers responded to the 4200 block of Meredith Avenue to investigate a domestic disturbance. Officers made contact with the victim, who stated she was attacked by her ex-boyfriend, Moore.
The victim told officers that she was sleeping in her residence at about 3:00 a.m. when Moore broke into the residence and entered her bedroom. The victim attempted to call 911, at which time Moore took her phone away.
Moore stayed in the residence and would not let the victim leave. Later in the morning, hours after the original break-in, Moore and the victim continued to argue. During the argument, Moore attempted to strangle the victim, and threatened to kill her. The victim was eventually able to get away from Moore and call police. Moore left the residence prior to officers arriving.

Warrant: Omaha Police Department | On Thursday, January 22, 2009 at 2:00 a.m. officers were called to 2339 North 71st Street regarding an assault. When officers arrived, they located a deceased adult male in the driveway of the call location.
The victim has been identified as Peter A. Barges, DOB: 06-16-69, of Omaha. His next of kin have been notified.
On Thursday, January 29, 2009, Homicide Detectives arrested Armando J. Gomez (10-8-87) for Accessory to a Felony regarding the homicide of Peter Barges. Gomez was booked into the Douglas County Department of Corrections.
A Felony warrant has been issued for the arrest of Rafael Jiminez (DOB: 12-22-72) for Second Degree Murder and Use of a Weapon to Commit a Felony.

On Thursday, January 22, 2009, officers responded to 6232 South 40th Street to investigate a domestic disturbance. The victim told officers that she and her husband, Jiminez, were involved in an argument. During the argument, Jiminez pulled the victim’s hair, choked her, punched her in the face, and threatened to kill her.

Warrant: Omaha Police Department | On Friday, April 17, 2009 at 8:26 p.m. officers responded to a radio call to the 4500 block of North 14th Avenue, to investigate a disturbance. When officers arrived, a witness told them that a red Chevy truck was traveling northbound on 14th Avenue at a high rate of speed. Several people were outside and yelled at the driver to slow down. At this point, the driver made a U-turn and drove back southbound at a high rate of speed.
The driver then intentionally rammed into a vehicle that was parked in the street, causing significant damage. The driver and passenger got out of the truck. One party got into another nearby car and left the area, while one party got back into the truck and left the area.
The investigation has revealed that Heger was one of the parties in the truck. The truck was also found to be stolen.
A felony warrant has been issued for the arrest of Kevin Heger for Criminal Mischief over $1,500.

Warrant: Omaha Police Department | On Wednesday, December 10, 2008 at 5:13 p.m., officers responded to a radio call to 24th and Vinton Street regarding a shooting.
When officers arrived, they located a 15-year-old male victim with an apparent gunshot wound. The victim was transported by rescue squad to Creighton University Medical Center in critical condition.
UPDATE: 12-11-08 at 1:30 p.m.
The victim has been identified as Eric Tongvanh, DOB: 02-16-93, of 7418 South 52nd Street. The victim remains in a critical condition.
UPDATE: 12-17-08 at 5:30 p.m.
Eric Tongvanh died Wednesday, December 17, 2008 at the hospital, as a result of injuries sustained during the shooting.

A Felony Warrant has been issued for Aaron Morales, DOB: 6-10-90, for 1st Degree Murder and Use of a Weapon to Commit a Felony regarding the Eric Tongvanh homicide that occurred on Wednesday, December 10, 2008.

Warrant: Omaha Police Department | On Friday, November 22, 2008 officers responded to a shooting at 5820 North 24th Street.
Landers and several other parties were at the residence. Landers and the victim, Antoine Jackson began to argue. During the argument, Landers displayed a firearm and discharged it, striking Jackson. Jackson was transported to Creighton University Medical Center in critical condition.
Landers fled from the scene prior to officers arriving. Information that officers and detectives gathered identified Landers as the suspect.
A felony warrant has been issued for Landers for First Degree Assault and Use of a Weapon to Commit a Felony.

Warrant: U.S. Marshal`s | On September 20, 2007, after an extensive undercover investigation into her drug dealing activity, Omaha Police officers arrested Jefferson on five counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance – Crack Cocaine.
Jefferson posted bail in order to be released before her trial. She hasn’t been seen since. Jefferson has a history of drug and weapon offenses, including several instances of carrying a concealed weapon. Jefferson is a danger to the community and a substantial flight risk. Jefferson should be considered armed and dangerous.
Jefferson goes by the nickname of “Yo-Yo.” She also has a tattoo on her right wrist that says “Bonkerz”.
The U.S. Marshal’s picked up the case from Omaha Police and have issued a Federal warrant for her arrest.

| The fugitive that will be featured on KETV’s Crime Stoppers Most Wanted with Rob McCartney is Frank Hussey. He is described as white male, standing 5’6” tall, weighing approximately 200 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.
On Wednesday, November 14, 2007 officers responded to a radio call to 3216 Leavenworth Street, Alderman’s Bar, regarding a fight disturbance. It was reported to the officers that Hussey was inside the bar when he had a verbal altercation with two people. The disagreement turned physical and Hussey pulled out a knife and made a threatening comment. Numerous patrons in the bar wrestled Hussey to the ground and took the knife away from him. Hussey was then ordered to leave the bar.
Approximately an hour later, Hussey returned to the bar with multiple associates. Hussey was armed with a pool stick and assaulted one of the men who took the knife away from him. The victim received numerous lacerations to the top of his head. Hussey and his friends also smashed beer bottles and caused other damage to the bar. There was another victim who received cuts on her stomach from broken glass that was shattered during the melee.
There has been a felony warrant issued for the arrest of Frank Hussey for Aiding and Abetting 1st Degree Assault.

Thomas was originally convicted of bank fraud in 2007. He was sentenced to 18 months in prison. He was released in April 2008 under specific guidelines. He has since violated the terms and conditions of his supervised release. Thomas may also be using crack cocaine.
There has been a felony warrant issued by the U.S. Marshall’s for the arrest of Antiono THOMAS for Probation Violation.

Warrant: Omaha Police Department | TURNED SELF IN - In March 2009 Midder was found to be in possession of a stolen vehicle during a traffic stop at 72nd and Grover Street. During contact with the officer, Midder gave false information stating he was someone else. Midder was using the name of Spikes, Jacqui D. and had memorized all of Spikes information.
After further investigation, officers found that Midder had been repeatedly using Spikes information during other occasions with the police. Now, detectives would like to talk with Midder again, as Midder.
