On Tuesday, October 23, 2012 at 11:19 p.m. officers responded to Bakers at 888 South Saddle Creek Road to investigate a felony theft. Bakers loss prevention staff advised officers that one current employee, and a former employee (Cartwright) had been activating pre-paid money cards, and taking them from the store to use them. Cartwright stole several cards, and activated them for over $2,000.

A felony warrant has been issued for the arrest of Cartwright for Theft-Unlawful- Taking.

Cartwright has a history of misdemeanor offenses, and failing to appear in court.

On Monday, March 4, 2013 investigators with the Pawn Squad were reviewing pawn cards submitted by a local pawn shop. After comparing a fingerprint on a pawn card to Wenninghoff’s fingerprints, officers were able to determine that Wenninghoff had been in possession of the gun. Wenninghoff is a convicted felon, and therefore, is not permitted to possess a firearm.

Wenninghoff has a history of felony theft, drug offenses, and domestic violence assault.

On Monday, December 12th, officers with the Narcotics Unit arrested two suspects for various charges, including delivery of a controlled substance, possession of meth, possession with intent to deliver meth, and felon in possession of a firearm. The arrests were part of an ongoing narcotics investigation.

Detectives determined that Amanda Graham is also involved in the possession and sale of meth in the same investigation. A felony warrant has been issued for the arrest of Graham for Delivery of a Controlled Substance-Meth.

Graham has done time in jail for felony theft and possession of meth. She also has a history of flight to avoid arrest, and escape.  

On Thursday, April 4, 2013, officers responded to the 4500 block of South 20^th Street to investigate a sexual assault. The victim reported being sexually assaulted in a vehicle nearby. The suspect fled the vehicle prior to the arrival of officers.

The suspect has been identified as Morgado-Luna. A felony warrant has been issued for Morgado-Luna for 1^st-Degree Sexual Assault. Morgado-Luna has a limited criminal history, but he has spent time in jail for possession of meth.    

Luna has shaved his head and uses other aliases.  Luna is believed to be on a meth binge and is considered dangerous.

Pedro Zapien has an active felony warrant for first degree sexual assault regarding a sexual assault of a minor that was reported on Tuesday, August, 21, 2012.

Pedro Zapien is possibly in Michoacan Mexico according to his family members but they say that he supposedly returns to Omaha a couple times of year. 

In January 2013, OPD detectives were advised by First National Bank of Omaha regarding fraudulent activity on two accounts. The investigation revealed that Robert Sena created multiple counterfeit checks, and cashed them at various locations, resulting in a loss of over $3,800 to First National Bank.

Two misdomeanor warrants and three felony warrants have been issued for the arrest of Sena for 2^nd-Degree Forgery, failure to appear and unauthorized use of Credit Card.

Hanzlik is wanted in for her involvment with a forgery that occurred at Von Maur, 10010 California Street on Saturday, January 19, 2013.  During the incident, Hanslik was with Lindsay Anderson and Jeffrey Schlotfeld.  Anderson also has a warrant.

All of the individuals were in a gray 2006 Chevy Trailblazer.

On September 22, 2003 Fouts was convicted of sexual abuse 3rd degree, a Class C Felony, in Harrison County, Iowa District Court.  Based on this conviction, Fouts is required to register as a sex offender for life in Nebraska.

Fouts has disappeared and failed to file.  This is the second time he has done so; failing to register in 2011.  He was sentenced to one year in jail for the offense.

Devaughn J. GRIFFIN (07/14/1990) is wanted for one count of 1^st degree murder and one count of use of a firearm to commit a felony in connection with the homicide of Jer’ray MOORE (04/24/1989) which occurred at 8316 Underwood Avenue on April 06, 2013.  Use caution and do not approach Devaughn, he is considered dangerous!

Randall "Randy" HERRING is wanted for Theft by Receiving + $1,500.00, where a 1991 green over tan Ford Bronco was stolen on Sunday, 01-07-13 from the Sokol Hall (2234 S. 13 St, Omaha, NE).

This vehicle was identified as the one used to steal a Magnum Trash pump trailer valued over $20,000.00 (RB# 55805-Q). The stolen Bronco was recovered at HERRING`s residence and he was identified as the party in possession of the vehicle at the time of the above theft.

Michael Goynes is a 19 year old black male, 5’8”, 163, black hair, brown eyes.

Goynes has an extensive criminal history and was recently incarcerated for weapons charges.  Goynes was on supervised release and on Thursday, February 21, 2013 Goynes removed his electric monitoring device.  Goynes was last seen in the area of 36^th & Saratoga and may be hiding out in the area of 29^th & Jaynes Streets. 

A felony warrant has been issued for Michael Goynes for absconding.

On Sunday November 28, 2010 at 0208 hours Officers made contact with ALVAREZ-MUNOZ, Florentino.  Officers determined that ALVAREZ-MUNOZ had been involved in a collision and had been drinking.  ALVARZ-MUNOZ refused to submit to the chemical breath test. 

ALVAREZ-MUNOZ has a felony warrant for DUI - .15+ or refusal,
